How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting the desired flower arrangement, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Also, you can do it via phone call or DM in Instagram. Alternatively, you can visit our physical store during business hours and our friendly staff will assist you with your order.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day flower delivery if desired flowers are in stock.
Please note that a delivery fee increase may apply around certain holidays.
SAME DAY DELIVERY: If an order is placed before 11:00 am, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Sunday during our working hours.
SPECIFIC TIME: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special note box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
All sales at Flower Haus Shop are final.
We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to flower.haus@hotmail.com
Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Flower Haus Shop.
Can I request a specific flower that is not listed on your website?
Certainly! While we strive to offer a wide variety of flowers, there may be certain seasonal or rare flowers that are not listed on our website. Please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
